This event is called when an error occurs in any communication, such as automatic updates or method calls.
If the license cannot be recognized, an event will occur with the error message "No license." in the "e.message" parameter, and FA-Engine will operate in virtual communication mode. In virtual communication mode, communication with PLC is not actually performed, but it behaves as if communication is being performed virtually.
