Time zone names that can be specified in the date and time format
A time zone name is a character string that represents the area name of a time zone.
For example, you can specify the following names:

The types of time zone names that can be specified depend on the OS environment.
You can check what time zone names can actually be specified in the following registry key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones
In the image above, strings such as "Afghanistan Standard Time" and "Alaskan Standard Time" are specifiable time zone names.
