Reads all tag values in a folder specified by PLC and refreshes the cache. Values in the cache can be obtained quickly with the GetVal method. Use this when you want to refresh the cache at your own timing without automatic updating with StartUpdate. Note that the ReadVals method can also be used to perform the same process.
