EditLock

Locking controls.
Locks a control so that it cannot be moved accidentally with the mouse while editing in the editor. For example, if you have pasted an image control onto the background, you can lock it to prevent it from being moved accidentally with the mouse. In addition to selecting and setting it from the Properties tab, you can also right-click the control you want to lock to display the menu and select "Lock Controls" to set EditLock to TRUE and lock it. Also, when the form property FocusRect is set to TRUE, a dotted square will appear around the control to indicate that it is currently focused.
