The motion controller can only be connected as a compatible A-series CPU. |
We recommend using the "public protocol" when connecting via RS-232C or Ethernet. |
Normally, when communicating with multiple PLCs, connection processing is performed for each PLC. Therefore, if the COM port number or Ethernet port number is duplicated between PLCs, the connection process will be successful with only one PLC, and an error will occur with the other PLCs. However, Mitsubishi's private protocol is the only exception that allows the settings to be duplicated on multiple PLCs. If you want to overlap, please make sure that the communication settings (baud rate, parity, etc.) of each PLC are all the same. |

For a Q Series A Mode CPU, if you are using a connection method that does not include a Q Series A Mode CPU in the type list, please select an A Series CPU. |
About PLCs with "general purpose" communication methods If the number of compatible devices is increased during a minor version upgrade, it may be possible to connect by specifying parameters on a general-purpose screen, but this is not normally used. |
