Occurs when the login state changes.

The following three login states are displayed.

"LOGIN" - Called when you log in. Unlike the OnLogin event, it is also called when the server connection is temporarily lost and then reconnected.

"LOGGINGIN" - Called when a login retry begins when the connection to the server is temporarily lost.

"LOGOUT" - Called when logging out.

	Type:	General purpose
	Additional state information. If state is "LOGIN", a Boolean value indicating whether this is the first login is stored.
