List the files and child folders contained in the public folder.

Parameters

serverFolder
	Type:	character
	The path of the folder to browse.

&folders
	Type:	array
	The variable that receives the folder list.

&files
	Type:	array
	Variable to receive the file list.

filter
	Type:	character
	Filter. If not specified, all will be retrieved. Example: *.txt
