You can overlay (overlay) circles, squares, and labels onto the video you are recording. You can record with circles, squares, dates, and times displayed on the video at any time during recording.
You can also define a text variable in the overlay format and embed any string, such as a tag value, using the SetOverlayValue method.
Overlay Format
In the overlay format, you can specify multiple objects (labels and shapes) by concatenating them with a pipe "|".

Text format. (Default: empty string)
Text formats allow you to define text variables within the format. Text variables are defined within curly brackets: {varname}.
By defining a text variable, you can embed any value, such as a tag value, by calling the SetOverlayValue method.
The following are reserved words for text variables:
{} : Display the current time (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss)
{} : Displays a counter that starts at 0 and increments by one every frame.
Furthermore, you can insert a line break in the displayed string by writing "\n" in the text format.
