System configuration and operation mode

This package allows you to operate the monitoring system using various system configurations.

It is possible to operate in a simplest configuration using only one PC, or in a client/server configuration using multiple PCs, or even to provide redundancy by duplicating FA-Server.

For details on system configuration and operation mode, please refer to the link on the left.

Server runtime execution

FA-Server is a server application that performs various server processes such as communication with PLC, alarms, and data logging.

The various settings made from FA-Server during development (such as communication settings with PLC, tags, action and event settings, etc.) are saved in a text file called a "server configuration file." Then, FA-Server must be started on the actual PC that runs the system, and the "server configuration file" created during development must be read and executed at runtime (online execution).

For more information about running the server at runtime, see the link on the left.

Client runtime execution (FA-Client)

FA-Server provides FA-Client as a client application. FA-Client allows you to display trend graphs and daily report screens.

For more information about the client's runtime implementation, see the link on the left.
