What is a locale?
"Locale" is the most basic concept in internationalizing an application.
A locale is a setting related to a country or region. Elements that differ depending on the locale include differences in the display language, differences in the format of numeric notation (number format), differences in the format of date and time notation (date and time format), and the presence or absence of time zones and daylight saving time for each region. The actions and behavior related to these are managed on a locale basis.
In settings where a locale must be defined in FA-Panel, a "locale ID" is used as an identifier to identify the locale. A locale ID is an ID that represents a country or region, such as "ja" (Japan), "en" (English), or "de" (Germany).
