Search for a character and get the line index.

Parameters

index
	Type:	Number
	The zero-based row index at which to begin the search.

perfectEqual
	Type:	Boolean
	TRUE - The character matches exactly. FALSE - The character is contained in the line.

Return Value


	Type:	Number
	The index of the searched row, or -1 on failure.
