"OPEN" - When opening
"ERROR_OPEN" - Open failure
"READY" - Ready to play
"CONNECT" - Connection status with the camera (only when LibType is OPENCV). If connected, TRUE is passed to value, otherwise FALSE is passed.
If FileType is CAMERA, this is called every time the connection state changes if the connection becomes temporarily unstable.

"COMPLETE_DOWNLOAD" - When the download is complete. value is set to the name of the created file.
Furthermore, if you call the CancelDownload method, or if the download is not completed and you close the form in which the control resides, the file will not be generated and the event will not occur.
