When running in file distribution format, place the client configuration file on each PC that runs the client at runtime, and open the file from Panel Browser to run it. This method does not require public project settings, and allows you to place and run the client configuration file in a simple configuration close to the development environment, but it does require placing the configuration file on each client PC.
