Open a file in an external application.
Syntax 1 (when called from a browser script)

If you specify a value of 1 or higher, a queue will be prepared for the call to OpenApplicationFile. This function is provided to ensure smooth execution of the method when the OpenApplicationFile method is called multiple times in succession. If you specify a value of 0, no queue will be prepared and the call will be made directly.
This parameter is only valid when calling from a browser script. This parameter cannot be specified when calling this method from a script Ver. 2 action.
