Update the title.

If the argument is omitted or if "MainView" is specified for viewName (first argument), the browser title will be updated.

You can change the title on the fly by calling this method after changing the Title/TitleType/TitleParent root property. In this case, the title argument is ignored.

For a dialog, viewName (first argument) specifies the view name passed as an argument to the OpenDialog common method, and title (second argument) specifies the title.

Example) ::UpdateTitle(); // Updates the browser title

Example) ::UpdateTitle("DialogA", "Monitor A"); // The title of the dialog is updated.
