Index of the column starting from 0. If you want to specify the header section, specify the index in the negative direction starting from -1.

width

Width. If you specify an array, you can specify the width of each column in order from the column specified by the Col argument to the right. The count argument is ignored.

count

The number of columns to set the width to.
