Output Binding Format

Output Binding Format

There are three ways to format an output binding:

1) "OUT: Tag name"

This is the simplest example. Just write the tag name directly, like this: OUT:U01.F01.T01. When the property value changes, the value is written to the tag.

example)

OUT:U01.F01.T01

2) "OUT: Formula"

You can write a formula like the one below, where $PROP$ is the value of the property for which you set the bind.

Example 1)

The property value is multiplied by 10 and written to the U01.F01.T01 tag.

OUT: U01.F01.T01 = $PROP$ * 10

Example 2)

Write the sum of the property value and the U01.F01.T02 tag value to the U01.F01.T01 tag.

OUT: U01.F01.T01 = $PROP$ + U01.F01.T02

Output Binding Format (Old Format)

Here we will explain the format for conditional judgment using the old format.

Conditional expressions in the old format are expressed with curly braces "{ }" and commas, as follows:

The format of the condition expression and the processing order of condition judgment are the same as the old format of input binding.

Example 1)

For the U01.F01.T01 tag, write 100 if the property value is TRUE, and 0 if it is FALSE.

OUT:{$PROP$}{U01.F01.T01 = 100},{default}{U01.F01.T01 = 0}
