Receives the counter value. If name is an array, it will be returned as an array.

If no counter name exists, returns FALSE. If name is an array, it becomes an array.

If &result is not specified, it returns TRUE if communication with the server is successful and the counter (or all counters in the case of an array) is 1 or greater.

If &result is specified, it returns TRUE if communication with the server is successful (it returns TRUE even if the counter is 0).
