Base filter is used to filter and display the rows and columns you want to display on the grid. Base filters are used, for example, when you want to extract and narrow down the rows and columns you want to display using your own search logic.

After specifying a base filter, you can also use other filter functions (Field Filter, Search Filter, Sort Filter, Paging).
