About this setting example
This section explains how to set up the camera monitor to display information related to the alarm history and to play back recorded data starting from the time the alarm occurred.
Summary of this configuration example:
•Set related information for the alarm with alarm ID "ALARM-110" and define the settings to call up a trend graph.
•In the trend graph open parameters, set the history display to open the pen group you specified in advance.
This example also assumes that the following is configured:
Prerequisites:
•The camera and recorder have been registered, and recording is being performed using a video recorder. Or, the camera for Necarok has been registered in the camera registration, and recording settings have been configured on the Necarok side.
•A camera is assigned to the split display (camera monitor).
|
How to set up the video recorder is described in "Video Recorder" and for details about the split display (camera monitor), please see "Split Display (Camera Monitor)". |
|
This setting example can also be used to play back data recorded with Mitsubishi Electric Information Network's "Nekaroku." For details on connecting to Nekaroku, please refer to "Linking with Mitsubishi Electric's "Nekaroku"." |
Play camera recordings from alarm ID related information
The setup steps are as follows:
1.Select the target alarm ID in the information bar.
Display the alarm history and select the row for the target alarm (here, select the row for ALARM-110), and click the Update button on the information bar.

The alarm ID "ALARM-110" will then be selected in the information bar.
|
Click the "+" button for related information on the left.
The following confirmation dialog will then be displayed, so select "Add new related information".
This will bring up the Related Information Settings dialog.
|
2.Register related information
Register related information from the related information settings dialog.
(Related Information Settings Dialog)
|
First, enter a title. In this example, we will use "Camera Monitor."
Next, set the key information. The alarm ID selected on the alarm history screen is pre-set, so use it as is.
|
Next, specify the related screen. The screen specified here will be the destination screen for the related information. You can add a row for a related screen by clicking the "+" button next to "Add related screen."
|
|
The following shows the new line added:
|
Clicking the selection button on the left allows you to select the screen to be called from the screen selection dialog.
|
Below is the screen selection dialog.
|
You can select the destination screen from the dialog shown on the left.
This time, select "Camera Monitor".
|
A camera monitor has been added.
|
Next, click the Select Parameters button to set the open parameters for the camera monitor.
|
(Parameter setting dialog)
|
Various options can be specified for the open parameters of the camera monitor. As an example, we will make the following settings.
•Group name: "Group1"
Among the groups set up on the camera monitor, specify the name of the group to which the camera you want to record and play back is registered.
|
Once you have completed the configuration, click the OK button to save the settings.

3.Operation check
From the alarm history, select the alarm whose occurrence date and time you want to play back, and then click the Update button on the information bar.
The newly added related information (camera monitor) will then be displayed in the related information section of the information bar.

When you click Related Information, the camera monitor screen will be displayed in the main area. On the screen that is displayed, the "Group1" specified in the parameters will be selected, and the date and time when the alarm history occurred will be displayed as the start date and time of synchronous playback.

Clicking Play Recording will play the recording data from each camera displayed synchronously.

|
You can edit related information that has already been registered and freely add definitions such as tags, alarm IDs, data sources, etc. For information on how to edit related information, see "Editing existing related information". |
|
In addition to cameras, trend graphs and other screens can be assigned to the display frame of the camera monitor (split display). When a camera and a trend graph are assigned and you call up related information such as an alarm history, you can play back the recording and display the history trend graph side by side in conjunction with the time the alarm occurred.

|
Camera Monitor can handle cameras that record using the video recorder function of FA-Panel and cameras that record using Necarok without making a distinction between them. Therefore, even if a group contains a mixture of these cameras, you can play them synchronously on Camera Monitor. |
