target
	Type:	Object
	An object that notifies the currently selected color via the OnCommonEvent event when the OK button is pressed.

color
	Type:	character
	The default color to display.

bColor
	Type:	Boolean
	FALSE - Hide the colorless selection. TRUE - Show the colorless selection.
